Whose benefits apply when room is booked by someone else?
My brother has a ~40K points and was going to book me a room at one of the SFO Marriott properties. He has no status and I'm a Platinum.

1) Can he actually book an award under my name?
2) Will my Platinum benefits apply when I check in?
