Cape Air, seaplane service from Long Wharf in Boston to East 23rd Street in New York. Flight is 1 hour long; I assume check-in and disembarking would take less time than on the AA shuttle, so that total travel time, downtown to downtown would be significantly less than the AA shuttle. Fare not specified, but to be the same as the "walkup" fare at Logan for a trip to New York. Be interesting to see if this succeeds. I wouldn't want to fly a seaplane in a New England winter, though.
