Only if you begin your travel on that 4th day before 430am. A regular daily travelcard for 3 days will allow travel for the 3 days and for travel on the 4th day that begins before 430am. PAYG with daily capping will probably be cheaper.
A visitor 3 day pass (£40.50)will allow unlimited off peak travel in zones 1 - 6 for 3 days and also before 430am on the 4th day.
