Quickie one night stay here last week. Nice location (close to DCA), didn't head out and explore as it was cold, windy, and rainy all night. But a good location near Old Town.

Pros:
- Very nice, enthusiastic staff
- Quality full breakfast in the French & Southern restaurant on site
- Everything feels nice & new
- Great location (my alternative was the HR near DCA til I realized this had just opened)
- Got in on a ~$150 opening rate, which I assume will rise

Cons:
- Rooms are SMALL - like NYC size (assuming this is a historic building that they gutted, vs. a new build?)
- There was a Jr. Suite for sale when I checked in, but was just me & a quick 12 hour stay so didn't bring it up - hotel felt mostly deserted too
- The restaurant isn't technically Hyatt managed or whatever, so no F&B points for eating and drinking there. I mentioned this to my Concierge after the fact, wasn't aware of it (frankly they should mention it to all Hyatt loyals at checkin), the hotel did deposit a nice chunk of points in my account as an apology.
- Gym is pretty small, reminds me of an Aloft level of equipment/weights, not a full service hotel. Gets the job done but a bit disappointing.

Overall - good solid option in a nice location - just don't expect above & beyond amenities and room size
