Spent two nights there a week ago. Got ill and had to go to hospital. Staff was amazing in getting Dr to hotel and follow up arrangements. All staff, room service, severs, Executive Club etc extremely nice and professional. Chef prepared a special meal on request accompanied by a personal note ( may have been written by other staff, but so what).Using hotel as stopover for flights and trains in and out of BCN. EXTREMELY convenient. Going back on Feb 18 for one night. BTW Full breakfast buffet is served to Globalists or was in my case. Love the rooms, no carpet, no dust or perfume smell.
