Even if the infant does not have its own seat? I ask b/c Delta's language seems to draw a distinction -- that if a child has his/her own seat, then that child requires a ticket, whereas if a child is in a lap, then that child is somehow merely associated with the adult's ticket but does get its own ticket. You've actually gone through this process before and can confirm that (a) the adult's ticket number remains unchanged, and (b) a new ticket (on 006 stock) is issued for the infant (at the 10% rate)?
