I find it odd that the waiver covering Wuhan - which is the center of the coronavirus outbreak - has a waiver only through the end of March, while HK and the mainland China destinations UA serves directly are through the end of April....
UA does not fly to Wuhan / WUH and any UA connecting flights are covered in the other waivers / suspension. Simply no need for a Wuhan waiver from a UA perspective.
