This has absolutely nothing to do with cost. In the current climate I’d rather not be handling warm towels that some passengers essentially use as an alternative to showering.
Would you be happy collecting them in using a bag (into which pax drop the towels themselves), or is this still too much? Curious to know whether it could work.
