I am planning to apply for GE for my mother who resides in Mumbai and has Indian passport. My question is related to the timeline requisite.

Between 2 and 4, how far can I schedule step 4 in the U.S? Once my mom completes 1 and 2, I am not sure of the date when I can get her to U.S. Can she do the interview at the airport on arrival in U.S?
