Thanks for the clarification. I had a feeling they were not "really" a hotel but I wasn't sure since they were showing up on the Marriott website for booking at cash rates. That makes a lot of sense, and would also explain why the Category level for the property is a super good value, unlike most hotels in Hawaii.
