If you'd like to stay at the airport go with the Radisson. The only time I'd suggest the Transit Hotel is if you can't enter Switzerland. (if the only other option would be sleeping on the floor or a bench).

However, Zurich City is 10-15 min by train and offers much nicer hotels. So my usual suggestion would be in the city. Dolder, Baur au lac and The Eden au lac are probably the high end (I'd suggest the latter), then we also have the Renaissance next to Hardbrücke station (direct train from the airport) which is also decent.
