Would we be entitled to the $150 rental car payment reimbursement since they could not get us to MSN for our event or did we forfeit that chance by agreeing to go to ORD?
Tough, but no, you are not entitle to $150 car reimbursement once you agree to go ORD, at that point, AA is responsible to get you to ORD, which they did.
Pretty sure we can be reimbursed for clothing basics until we get the bags back. Can you please help me sort this out so we get it straight? I don't want to have unrealistic expectations. Thank you for your guidance!

Delayed Lost Baggage. You need to fill out reports and submit receipt timely, keep a copy for your records and check on AA.
