Thanks for the info. I was in a little trouble back in 1987 and it seems to have gotten me a permanent NO for Global Entry.
I am in limbo for PreCheck with this message remaining after 11 days. ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS

Hopefully, they will get me an approval. I have a couple upcoming trips and would like to skip the long line.
