Is the concern not more of crew collecting all those used hot towels which are placed into plastic containers on a tray - sometimes they fall off the plastic container onto a tray which might also be used for amenity kit distribution / drinks and so on. Presumably if someone with coronavirus had blown their nose with one / sneezed into one etc then i guess there might be a slight risk but seems odd. Also are the tongues used to distribute & collect the same?
