Any way to get discounts at Lizard or Hayman?

I've searched and read most of the comments here about Lizard and Hayman Island Resort, but now I'm wondering where to get the best rates?

Anyone know of where or how to get a discounted rate?

I'm a little discouraged by the high rates that show up on the web sites for both of these resorts. I'll be there in January 2005.

(Membership Miles has Hayman listed for 55k points/night).
