I have not been able to find out any definite information, opinions seem to vary.
The information leaflets we were given are the " If you have been to Wuhan or Hubei Province, China in last 14 days" that we saw all over Malaysia, Heathrow and Belfast City Airport, nothing really specific to our flight.
We were very surprised that we did not have a temperature check on arrival at LHR. Our hotel in KL did a check before you came for breakfast and again before Cocktail Hour in the evening.
As it usually takes two days of tests to confirm Coronavirus, we are hoping that, if we have heard nothing by Monday, our sick passenger does not have the virus.
The official line for high risk is within 2 metres for longer than 15 minutes, which would translate to 3 rows of economy.
