These BTC photos are from my recent trip JFK-SIN-MEL. I also have photos of other courses but have limited this post to items from Book the Cook. I'm happy to post the other photos if there's interest.



JFK-FRA sirloin steak from BTC - pretty good and not overcooked at all, but just okay overall in terms of taste. One big notch down from the wagyu fillet I had on ANA (F) on the way home.

FRA-SIN Boston Lobster Thermidor - Just okay; much smaller than previous thermidors I have had ex-FRA. Not as much lobster meat as I'd expected - the dish looks bigger than it is (was).

Pretty nice rack of lamb ex-SIN. Maybe just a touch overcooked, but it was still very tasty. Not crazy about the mesclun salad but honestly by this point in the JFK-SIN-MEL trip I was feeling pretty over-stuffed. Enjoyed the first class cabin to myself on this SQ217 flight (777-300ER) which is always nice!
