MSC carrier would be BA in both directions, so you would get the BA baggage allowance for your booked class.

As to the increase based on status, that is a bit tricker and usually follows the checking in airlines rules. This seems to be much more inconsistent than MSC rules. In this case the return will follow normal BA rules, but I would guess the outbound will get the equivalent MH Gold increase (50% increase)
