when I tried to cancel a res from My Trips, the system asked me to log in again in order to send the credit to My Wallet ... interestingly, this only happened when it displayed the res in the new "My Trips" format; I had another one displayed in the old format that cancelled and sent funds to My Wallet w/o issue
this is a real pain because the app doesn't support "Cancel" or "Change"
Could you use the PNR from the app to check your reservation on the website?
