Historically FHR stays earn loyalty points since it's PTS is a traditional travel agents. However, the unknown here is what happens with prepaid 5x stays. That's still unclear. Seems like you won't get Marriott points if you book prepaid FHR stays.
I received Marriott points for a prepaid FHR stay at the Nines hotel in Portland this past Monday.
