Sending to a convenience store is the best. It's open 7-24. You pick up at your own leisure. They hold your delivery for up to ~11 days. So exact delivery date/timing is not critical. Small packages only.

However I don't think it's every 7-11 or Lawson or whatever store. You have to pick from the available list using the map when you designate delivery address.

For old DVD / Blu-ray, you can also try the 2nd hand stores such as Book-Off. They can look up what's available for you.
