Can you filter out the adult oriented ad banners (Playboy.com so far)?

When I access the forum from work, such banner will cause problem for many of us. Most of company have strict guide line regarding the adult sites.

P.S. Apprently, my company's filter doesn't catch this since the banner is originated from the thrid party ad server.
