Did she upgrade to Sapphire Reserve from another product?
No. She applied to the CSR directly. When she adds her Freedom Unlimited, she gets the pop up to receive the Dash Pass subscription for whatever time they are offering for those card holders.
I even tried adding her CSR on my DoorDash account and it didn't work either. The problem must be with Chase but they just give her a generic response to contact DoorDash or to remove/add the card.
