One more data point. Just finished a 3 day stay. Hotel is very large, but the fit and finish is pretty poor, lots of falling bits here and there, cheap furniture. Got a nice suite with a very large patio, which was nice. No mention of a resort fee or a self-parking fee, and neither was billed. So thumbs up in that regard.
