I was a Senator for years and years on LH but let it lapse down to Frequent Traveler and now to basic member since I found UA to be a better fit. (have been UA Plat. since I left LH) For some unknown reason, I somehow missed that not having status with LH might impact my point balance (just over 800k). Now I'm trying to understand the T&C. I earned these points years ago and with a 3 year expiration policy am I in danger of loosing all of them now? When does the 3 year expiration term kick in? If when earned then they are essentially ready to expire. Appreciate any help clarifying and also suggesting best course of action to avoid loosing over 800k points.
