Please stop asking the same question over and over in multiple forums. The USAir forum is where to ask this question, and it has been answered over and over and over and over.

No, there is no way to get any reasonable value (unless you consider 94% devaluation reasonable) from US miles. See the latest of many threads on the US forum for more discussion. Short answer - use them to fly US/*A.
