I do have the fare code:

Outbound flight:
Fare Basis Code: KF1BX

This fare is says $65 to change, but not possible to cancel. Which is what I was fine with

From: Zurich, Switzerland (ZRH)
To: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (SGN-Tan Son Nhat Intl.)
Fare Basis Code: JFLYBX

Even though it says Business Semi Flex on the TK page - this fare is fully non changeable and non refundable. It's shown as such on EF and on the fare rules on the expedia page. So the fare rules are correct. But because it was labelled as Business Semi Flexible on the TK site I overlooked it and didn't notice it is actually non changeable!

But at the last step it then shows non-refundable , non-changable



Anyways I don't think I can do anything about it?
The flight I want to change is the ZRH-SGN one, if I fly the Outbound already, can I get TK to handle the change directly (supposing they agree its some sort of mistake)
