Expedia would probably not give you this information.
If you share your flight dates, numbers here or PM, I could check the fare regulations for you. If you have ExpertFlyer Premium, you could view all fares for the route and view the change policy.
By the way, TK policy is that if a ticket is booked via a TA/OTA you need to make voluntary changes via them.
