thats fine. they will try first to confirm with qr. If qr can't confirm you will get a mail along the lines of :

with my last issue with AY (i get a most of my issues with AY but do not always need to send the BP) I received that email around 24 hours from the "we have received your claim" email, it may take a couple of days more than this.
I am not sure how long I then took to send the documents, but I received an email confirming that they had accepted my claim and processed the TP around 10 days later. It may have been a few days before I sent the required docs.
i have not had an issue with QR. My last QF issue was resolved within 24 hours of the date if the claim without me sending the BP
