No, that is the Premium Lane you are describing. A separate passageway located between the main entrance halls as you describe.
We are talking about the TG fast track that exists in each of the main arrival areas. It is a narrow taped off lane that brings you to the far left side of the Eastern arrival hall. Can’t recall the position in the Western arrivals hall.
