when did you actually put in the claim?
I assume you used the missing Avios partner claim link within your BAEC account.
Did you attach copies of the BP to the request or did you just fill in the flight number and did your BP have your BAEC FF no printed on it?
Qatar are apparently hit and miss with awarding Avios and I believe they only process once a week on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
I'd give it a week from submitting your claim before contacting BA. If Qatar don't award your Avios you will get an email from BA telling you this and that email contains links to add copies of BP and itinerary and has a text field for you to write a message to back up your claim.
