Business Semi Flexible: Non Changeable / Non Cancellable?
So I booked a Business Semi Flexible Fare Asia - EU and back with open jaw for work.
Fare was about $3.7K USD roundtrip.
I clicked on Fare Rules for outbound it was Business Semi Flexible (K) and saw $65 to change $130 to cancel.
What I didn't notice was that the inbound which is also labelled Business Semi Flexible but (J) is actually totally non cancellable and non refundable.
Due to a conference being cancelled (due to Coronavirus) I need to change my flight - But only today did
I read the fare rules before booking and missed this part. But is this normal? Business Semi Flexible (J) that is non ref and non cancelable?
I see many Business Promo fares which are far cheaper that are changeable.
Just wondering if there is anything I can do to get TK to change my ticket.
I booked via Expedia (who told me I cant change), and I can't get through to an agent on TK.. The lines are all full.
