Downtown Dubai is not that far away -- 30-45 minutes, though I wouldn't advise travelling outbound during the morning rush hour or returning during the evening rush hour.

I have been interested in this property too and look forward to your report. Ajman is an ugly emirate with not much to do. I would only advise staying here if you plan to basically stay at the hotel. Taxis and Careem should be easy, however, should you wish to get out.
