it seems like pretty good customer service to respond to a customer desiring early check-in that the one and only way to guarantee it is for the hotel to take the room out of inventory the night before. no Hyatt in the world will refuse to check-in a globalist at 10AM when the room is sitting there & ready. the act of requesting just puts you in a priority position (based upon globalist status or Prive rate plan) to get the room early before a no-status guest checking-in at 9AM.
