There's just no way UA can or should offer this as a FF'er perk. The only way to cost-effectively do so would be to seriously devalue the lounge product.
Some things are only possible when a passenger is paying thousands of dollars for a plane ticket. This is one of them.
Looking at one world emerald status it literally goes against everything your saying. I think many would agree that the CX first class lounge is a lot nicer than the Polaris lounge!

However, note that One World allows access to lounges with showers, sit down food with waiters, etc. when flying any flight. That's why I now split my flying between UA for international Polaris, and BA OWE/AA Exp (Hyatt comped) for domestic. I love access to the F lounges on my 25 minute domestic flight. The gotcya is BA Gold grants this on any one world ticket. AA Exp only grants it on any transoceanic ticket (any class).
But no one touches GS for irrops, so UA still gets my international $$$.
Now if you were a concierge key it would be the best of both worlds!
