They're listening. If the emails come in, but the purchases continue to come in.. money talks.

I mean I think United has taken away 8+ GS benefits in the last 2 years. And specifically talking about UC domestic access when I was looking through a old GS benefits thread ( maybe 2012-2013) several GS were angry that they don’t get comped a UC membership and a ton of new GS were super surprised they didn’t get comped one. However I think people have kinda just given up.
If UA seems that they're losing GS customers to DL or AA, they will start to bring benefits back. If not, they likely won't.
