I know that Polaris lounges have no capacity, so I never expect that GS will be granted regular access when not flying Polaris.

I've somehow made peace with that despite the fact that my BA OWE status grants me AA Flagship and Qantus First Lounge access on my LAX-SAN 25 minute flight. Those lounges don't seem to have the capacity issues that the Polaris lounges do.
