This will ofcourse never happen with UA.
UA already provides UC access to GS and 1Ks in int'l coach UC access. If I'm *G in coach, I do not get access at their upper-tier lounges, just their regular lounges. AFAIK, the other airlines are not building more (or expanding) their upper tier lounges to upgrade all their *G elites in coach out of their regular lounges into a better lounge.
