Since AS flies both JFK and EWR to SFO, I would say that their frequencies nearly match DL and are better than AA & B6. The only times I really care about lie-flat seats is on red-eyes, which I very rarely take.
It's just 1X/day to/from EWR I think. Seems about comparable to AA, but AA varies day to day, somedays 2X, some days 5X!
