Here's a photo update from four days ago from an architecture blog I follow. Looks like work is currently going on on the topmost floor, and based on the speed at which they're going [the superstructure only went overground in March 2019], I'd expect all the hard work to be done by sometime in Q3 this year. Things certainly move quickly here, and I'm sure the owners are hustling to get the noise out of the way and the rooms online.

Also including a few renderings of the finished product. Very clearly part of Le Méridien Mina Seyahi and not a W... but still waiting to hear back if plans changed.
