Yep! We've called Chase and DoorDash and they seem to not know what is happening nor willing to help.
It must be something on the Chase side because she's also having the same issue with Lyft Pink.
I got an email a few days ago saying that my Lyft Pink had been terminated since I removed the CSR from the Lyft account. I hadn't, and I could see it still listed in the payment section of the app. I re-activated Pink, and it's working again.
