Not that's advertised publicly - I looked when I started commuting LA to the PNW. If you're doing paid F SFO-NYC you'll make MVPG in four and a half round trips though, with the 75% EQM bonus in F. That will get you the free changes (you don't need MVPG75K for that) and even if you end up paying a few $125 change fees in there, it probably ends up being cheaper than laying out $50K up front. The main extras you get at 75K are designating someone else to be MVP, four more upgrade certs, and another $50 reduction in cost of the club membership.
