Post Storm Shoutout to BA Cabin Crew
Not sure if it was a coincidence or premeditated. I flew two heavily disrupted segments after the weekend's storm and, on each segment, I found the cabin crew and the service and accommodation on BA the best I have seen in many, many years. The crew were kind, understanding, and patient on both segments. If this is what it takes to get this kind of service on BA, count me in for the next storm. Bravo cabin crew, I am floored.
Now, if only BA can work on their cumbersome customer-facing tech.
