To be honest, I was slightly disappointed. I have various "old man" Clarets in the cellar - Margaux 83, Lynch-Bages 82 and Cos 86 are the current candidates - and this was the weakest of the four IMO. It wasn't past it as such, it still had a deep colour but its nose and taste were on the musty side and I didn't get the complexity I was expecting.
