I booked a QR J award for me and my wife using BA avios.
All is fine BUT for some reason QR entered the same FFP number for both of us. The numbers are correct in my original BA booking.
It blocks any attempt to select seats and gives an error message:
The same frequent flyer number has been entered more than once. Please validate your entries and try again. (1302)

I have tried to correct it ("Update Passengers details") for the past two days. Tried every trick I could think of. It seems to work. But, in the end,.the FFP number for my wife is not updated.
Hence I cannot select seats, with the error message above.
I am vacationing in a lost place in Vietnam, and calling is not an easy option.
Any trick from experienced posters?
