There's some information on https://servicehub.amadeus.com/c/por...to-split-a-pnr, and I don't know if you can manually associate PNRs together, but this data is present on split PNRs.
You are looking at an AXR record in Amadeus. This can't be created from originally independent PNRs.

Agents can obviously add remarks to PNRs, cross-referencing locators in a sort of free-text way, but you can't build an AXR from random PNRs.
