The clinic is the surgery of a GP. From the link (2:29):
Her surgery was closed this morning, almost two weeks after she returned from skiing holiday with the man at the centre of the Brighton cases.”
Thanks....this now makes sense...it was personal contact with the GP that caused the transmission, the GP (or patient zero???) then infected a second healthcare worker. As stated in another post, the guy did the right thing: attend an isolation room at the hospital to be sampled to secure the diagnosis. These pathways were mostly instituted in 2014 in the midst of the W. African Ebola outbreak.
