Has anybody been able to reach CX by phone? All I get is a message "We are experiencing high call volumes. ...." and then the call is disconnected.
Any trick to at least wait for an agent?
Edit: I've kept calling back and now I'm on hold in line to speak to an agent. Just hoping I won't be disconnected.
