What's interesting is the Westin is coming down to a 6. This will make it much trickier to choose between Le Meridien Mina Seyahi and the Westin. Both share the same facilites but the Westin is a much more luxurious property and for 15k extra a night (Le Meridien is a Cat 5) I'd be more tempted to go for the Westin than currently when it's a 25k a night difference.

The airport Le Meridien also comes down a category to 4 - but given cash rates are typically really low it will likely be irrelevant.

The other interesting one is that Lapita drops to a Cat 4 - which is a bargain considering the pool facilites there for kids and proximity to parks and resorts.
