What a day for you. There is a lost property thread in the BA Forum Dashboard, but in essence you now need to use missingx.com to monitor the found items. It may take a few days for it to surface given the turmoil. If you discover it quickly after leaving the aircraft you can get BA to recover it from the exiting cabin crew, but now would be too late.
Are you rebooked?
Indeed. Sadly were let down big time. No wheelchair assistance available. Had to walk long distance.
If anyone gets it back quickly , I'll happily pay £100!
